This is one of my earlier projects. For Rompa China, part of a global plastic processing company, I designed and developed a short elearning module. This module replaced part of their face-to-face induction training. It has quite descriptive instructions due to the technology skill level of most new hires for the factory. The module differentiates between factory and engineering/admin staff. Learners choose their role at the start of the module. The elearning module was developed in English and then translated into Cantonese. It includes short videos, knowledge checks with help buttons and a quiz.
