Training Wizard

This is a short module for all managers at InvoCare, Australia’s largest funeral business. The module was part of an organisation-wide change process and supported managers to guide their team through change and overcome resistance. The module discusses the stages of change, the roles of managers in the change process and a change model. Learners are asked to reflect on their experiences with change and the support they received.
