The Project

As part of a branch banker onboarding program, I designed a series of four branched scenarios. The scenarios offer the learner the opportunity to practise their customer conversations about the use of digital and self-service options (e.g. internet banking, the banking app, smart ATM, etc.). Each scenario starts with a customer entering the bank with a question.
